After having received wonderful health benefits from practising Yoga over many years, I began teaching Yoga in 2005.
Aside from being a Yoga instructor, I’m also a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Having had injuries and limitations myself (due to sport), I can relate to and understand the limitations of others. Therefore, my approach to Yoga is very intuitive and supportive.
I like to focus on combining the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects, enabling a connection of mind-body-breath.
This helps to alleviate stress, injuries and pain, whilst bringing calm, inner peace and harmony to your day.
